Getting a work permit in Canada is a pretty simple and stress-free process. It usually takes 3 days to get a basic permit, but if you want anything more that includes night shooting, aerial shots etc., the process would be a bit complicated and time-consuming. But, no need to worry, we are there to assist you in this.
Do I need a visa or work permit?
If you are one among the senior members of the filming crew like a director or production manager, you need a visa and which takes around 10 days to complete the process. Please remember that a work permit costs $150 and is payable upon arrival in Canada. FYI – anyone who is in need of a work visa should also bear in mind they need a tax waiver, which we can organize.
